If you’re not content with your subscription or service and seek a refund, we’ve got you covered. This guide outlines the criteria for refunds and non-refundable instances.

What qualifies for a refund?

We recognize that plans can change unexpectedly. If you’re considering whether you’re eligible for a refund, you’ve come to the correct section. Certain scenarios, such as a customer canceling their booking or subscription within 15 minutes of purchase, qualify for an automatic refund.

 If you encounter one of these scenarios and do not receive an automatic refund within 2-3 business days, please initiate a refund request, and we will promptly investigate.

 Refunds are evaluated individually.

For all other scenarios, you may request a refund within 30 days of the charge. We’ll assess the information provided and determine if your case is eligible for a refund.

 Common situations that may or may not be eligible for a refund include:

1.     The service booked underwent significant changes. 

·        If a customer reaches out regarding a service that significantly deviates from the initial pre-consultation agreement (for instance, changing the service location to an area beyond your designated travel scope), you cannot proceed with a request. 

Please specify the altered service details upon submitting your query. When discussing service modifications with the service provider, utilize Armygymnastics Zoom or text messaging. This aids our team in efficiently processing your refund query. 

2.     When first approached, the customer declined with a ‘no thanks.’ 

This policy is exclusive to services booked via our platform. Should a customer decisively decline your initial message, they are entitled to request a refund of their service fee, which we will promptly review. 

For a quicker resolution, please provide detailed information about your situation when requesting a refund. This will help our team assist you more effectively. 

Account Cancellation:

Easily cancel your paid membership by visiting your dashboard and selecting “Cancel Account” under “My Membership.”

What comes next?

After submitting your request, our team will review the provided information. Expect an email notification within 2-3 business days regarding your refund eligibility. Should we require additional review, this process may extend up to 5 business days. 

Upon confirming your eligibility, we’ll promptly issue a refund to your original payment method following approval.
